Police have arrested a man in connection with a late-night shooting in Page Moss.
The house, remedy on Page Moss Avenue, recipe was attacked on Thursday night at around 11pm, leaving the front window completely shattered as two people slept inside.
Merseyside Police have also revealed that a motorbike was seen at the time of the shooting.
The two residents were unharmed in the attack, however both were left deeply shaken by the incident.
Police confirmed that a man remains in custody on suspicion of possessing a firearm, criminal damage and theft of a motor vehicle, as enquiries continue.
